My decision to work as an Interim Procurement Manager is rooted in the belief that professional Interim Management creates genuine win-win scenarios. Clients receive flexible, needs-based solutions supported by deep expertise, resulting in an optimal cost-benefit ratio. In this role, I can focus on technical issues and project delivery, largely free from internal company politics.
